Andrew Gastler

Andrew Gastler grew up in Clear Lake in southeast Houston. After graduating from Baylor University, Andrew attended law school at Florida State University, where he worked for the Leon County Public Defender as a law student. Thereafter, Andrew interned with the Innocence Project of Florida, working on actual innocence claims for death row inmates. When Andrew returned to Texas, he worked for State Counsel for Offenders for four and a half years, representing men and women accused of committing felony offenses while in prison, assisting prison inmates in postconviction habeas corpus review, and engaging in jury trials for men petitioning for post-release civil commitment in nine counties across Texas. Andrew has tried cases before juries in nine counties across Texas. Andrew joined The Bihm Firm, PLLC in 2019, where he represents clients in Montgomery County, Texas and the counties surrounding Montgomery County. Andrew lives in Conroe with his beautiful wife Michelle and their three young daughters.
